We have recently located an Owl's nest. At this time we be leave it to be a Great Horned Owl.
In the near future we will be setting up a tree stand in a near by tree and hope to make a positive identification.

Above red arrow shows our owl in the nest, which is approximately 25 feet high

We will keep you posted to whats happening and hopefully bring you some great film and photos.

With further investigation of our Owl's nest we discovered it has no eggs and has been abandoned.
We speculate the Owl in the nest on April 15,07 was the last of this years brood since Great Horned Owls start nesting in February.
